Some macros might not have this in place as when they are used on their own file usually is not saved. To avoid the requirement to modify the macro - implement save option (perhaps per macro).

xBatch reverts to using the oldest installed version of Solidworks when it is reopened. The previously used version should remain selected after the program is closed.

Currently all the results output as text to log. It is hard to find out which files have failed. Create a summary tree showing which files failed, which successfully processed and which macros run/failed

When you rename the macro .swp file in windows explorer the dialog doesn’t show a warning that the file doesn’t exist anymore and when you try to make adjustments in the dialog, you get a crash whatsoever.

I could only solve this by renaming to the previous filename of the swp file in windows explorer.

When starting up : Custom toolbar > Configure:
The Commands section doesn't need that much space (short distinctive names),
but the right pane with the paths are more likely to need more.

jpg, png, tif, bmp image files are exported incorrectly. All minimized.

Currently, files are saved with original file name. Need to have an option to specify optional suffixes and prefixes.

Need an option to allow dynamically change checked/unchecked state for toolbar buttons

PDF file is not always generated despite reporting the success

Running:
eDrawings x64 edition 2020 SP 3.0 (28.3.0.0025)
PDM Professional 2020 SP2.0
Adobe acrobat DC 2020.009.20074

After exporting slddrw to pdf, opening pdf in adobe acrobat DC results in below error
Have tried multiple times, same resulting error

Only notable difference compared to xPort video tutorial demo is that the source path of slddrw files is in a local PDM Pro vault view

Exported pdf files are zero size. I cannot even attach them to this ticket for reference

This can be implemented in the macro itself, however, can be created as an option in xBatch itself.

Currently, the settings are not preserved once the application is restarted. It is required to restore last settings after restart.

The progress bar is good, but would be nice to know exactly how many files are left for processing.

Export don't work. In log tab have this "Version of eDrawings '18.5.0.0014' is not supported" - how to fix? Using Solidworks 2018 SP5. Thanks.

Need all supported files which can be exported to be available in the File Browse dialog when adding new files to the scope, currently, only SOLIDWORKS files and All Files are listed.

When closing an unsaved document - a warning is displayed asking to save the doc. But the same warning is not displayed when closing the application

Currently "Operation completed" message is displayed despite there were errors on processing files and "Continue on error" option is selected. DIsplay warning message box instead.

Need a final panel with results of what files have been processed and the result per macro, as currently it is required to read through log to see what has failed.

At the moment it is possible to select the scope for the macro (i.e. assembly, part, drawing). Implement a better options to create custom conditions when macro can be run (e.g. entity is selected).
