build fails under rust 1.1.0

maybe it's due to a mismatched piston version? The cargo.toml just says "*"

Missing cargo.lock

I tried compiling this today, and I got this error:

and several others. I think this might be solved if you add cargo.lock to the git repo. It seems that more recent versions of piston libraries have come out, and the * operator automatically picked up conflicting versions.
