BT4103 Capstone - Case Note Taking Web Application

Requirements

  • npm
  • Github

Quick Start

Clone it!

$ git clone https://github.com/sigridqqq/capstone_webapp.git

Go into the project directory and first install npm:

$ npm install

Then launch the web app with the command:

$ npm run serve

Open http://localhost:8080/ to access the web app.

Demo

  • Login Page

  • The login page will require users to log in before they are given access to any further functionalities of the web app. If a user does not type in an email address of the correct format, a pop up window will appear to notify the user to key in the correct credentials.

    As we currently make use of Firebase Authentication to implement the login system for the sake of demonstration, it is recommended that SCDF make the appropriate changes to the security system based on the organization's requirements.

  • Summary Page

  • Upon logging in, the user will be brought to the summary page which will present the user with a summary of their previously submitted forms. It includes information about the patient’s name and NRIC, the status of the case, (open or closed) and the type of form (first or subsequent)

  • Users can make use of this form for clients who are attending their first counselling session.

  • This page includes includes information regarding the purpose of case notes, confidentiality terms to abide, and general guidelines the counsellor should follow when filling up the forms.
