Hey @wzieba, I noticed that the stats of WCStoreApp are not being updated, and the cause is that it gets an empty log, which means an empty hash.
So I checked the other projects, and found out that the log command lists pretty old commits, for example, yesterday's run for WCAndroid used the commit woocommerce/woocommerce-android@4241b6a which dates of 10 March.

I think the issue is in the format of date being fed to the command, I didn't take a deeper look, but from the short googling I did, it seems it's expecting the format: yyyy-MM-dd.

But it can also accept other terms like today and yesterday, so I guess for the need from the project, just using --before="today" would be enough, WDYT?

We could store raw reports generated by the tool in Github Actions artifacts storage.

Reporting new stats every day is probably too often. Once or twice the week should be enough.

It'd be nice if e.g. https://wzieba.github.io/Autostattic/WooCommerce linked directly to WooCommerce tab.
