What is the kernel and sigma in test_cfg? about solo HOT 1 CLOSED

Hi, 'kernel' is the decay mode in Matrix NMS, it can be 'gaussian' or 'linear', i.e., two decay methods. And 'sigma' is the decay factor for 'gaussian' method. These parameters are in line with Soft NMS.

Moreover, if you use the trational NMS (like Mask R-CNN) rather than Matrix NMS (default), the nms_thr (e.g. 0.5) is the only one you need. However, it is much slower than our Matirx NMS.
Therefore, we recommand you to use the default Matrix NMS.
