Is it possible to compile this in 64 bits?

Projects like fightcade depend on ggpofba-ng.exe, which is 32 bits and no longer supported in Mac Os X Catalina, so I was wondering if it is possible to compile a ggpofba64-ng.exe and if this has been provided already or not

I tried to compile this with your option what you said, but there is only this error message.

I was working through the compile notes and found that I could not use the Visual C++ 2003 Toolkit. I did find that I could use Visual C++ Express 2005 or Visual Studio 2015 Community but I needed to do one extra step. I had to add an environmental variable known as "VCToolkitInstallDirr" which was briefly mentioned further down the steps. I found what it should be set to and updated it in a fork. I need help migrating those changes to the main branch to help people in the future.
