Input Format (data.in)

Line 1: M, N M is the number of data points and N is the number variables Lines 2..M+1: N+1 values The first column is the expected output, and the next N values are input variables

Output Format (data.out.csv)

The first column is the expected output from the data sets, the second column is the ouput generated by the model. The entried are in the same ordeer as the input file.

Running

Compile the code with make all, LDFLAGS may need to be changed for Windows and Mac. Execute ./bin/main [N=200], where N is the number of generations. Under Linux, CONTROL-C will wait for the current generation to finish and print the output before quiting.
