On smaller screen resolutions, the export modal cuts off the "copy to clipboard" button.

The app requires a minimum screen resolution, but it should render correctly on even older laptop screens.

Goal:

• Figure out the minimum viewport resolution, and throw up a modal if below that size.

• Ideally it should work down to around 1024x700 resolution or so (100 pixels of vertical height lost to browser chrome)

Create a staging branch and publish to wked-staging.rexs.tools

It will be easier to share and riff on themes if the app let's you import a collection of custom property declarations.

If one user prop is based on another user prop, and that prop is based on a palette prop, then changing the palette prop should change both user props

Picking a palette color isn't working correctly: it always uses the center swatch color.

Selecting --gray-0, for example, always uses #333333.

Looks like the progress bars under individual items present on dash are still using brand color.
That's no longer the case for the theme. It should be the progress color instead.
