An important part of the event guide is missing. Wehre can i get the ICS class declaration in https://github.com/wpmetabox/docsv2/blob/4aed8edd909028e9656b497014a2f7f9ca915db9/docs/tutorials/create-add-to-calendar-buttons.md

In https://docs.metabox.io/field-settings/ or https://docs.metabox.io/fields/key-value/ it is not documented what the placeholder keys value can be.

For "key-value" it is an array ['key' => 'placeholder', 'value' => 'placeholder'] for other field types AFAIK it is a string.

Possible solutions:

1. List all possible placeholder values in https://docs.metabox.io/field-settings/
2. Define each value in the corresponding field documentation page, e.g. https://docs.metabox.io/fields/key-value/
