Create a new repository for plugins and add it to the boilerplate as a submodule.

Need to add all Security Plugins that was mentioned in the 9th meetups as a best practice to have on all wordpress installations, they need to be the default plugins of the boilerplate.

Need to develop a unique plugin that will activate some best practices recomended by wordpress.
example.
1- remove the edit template feature from the back end , so will not allow the hacker to edit files from the backend UI.
2- will figure out such features of security to put them all on a single plugin once activated will be enabled by default.

When I git submodule update it gets the 3 submodules we defined in the gitmodules file.
These submodules are full repos so we end up with downloading around 500MB
WordPress module: 178MB
WooCommerce module: 140MB
JetPack module: 203MB

We need to find a way to get the latest version and not full repo
