익스플로러에서는 아예 틀이 깨져서 나오고 크롬을 제외한 브라우저에서는 스크롤바에 원이 위로 떠있습니다

In case the script gets messed up under some situations... as it seems right now...
Reloading doesn't fire a new HTTP request
If request was simply PENDING, after the request is completed reloading works as expected.
But if the request FAILED, even when a new request would succeed, reloading doesn't do any good.
Needs inspection; every another new request with every new try would not be beautiful, I guess.
