Save the temperature offset value to a file so that you don't have to enter it again every time

figure out why the app causes one fore to peak at 100% for a short period of time after the app has been left running for more than a day.

Need to store the minimum and maximum temperatures in memory, rather than trying to read them for the UI. This was it will be much easier to apply an offset.

At times the maximum frequency seems to exceed the maximum value that is set in Bios. The value specified in Bios is being correctly picked up using system files (e.g. /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_max_freq). My code demonstrates that during certain periods of time the read maximum value exceeds the max defined in Bios.

Unlike a Java project, all the src, headers and UI files are in the root directory. It would be good to have project structured correctly
