When opening a file with the cloudydict django storage server, return an IOError, not a KeyError, when the file does not exist.

Traceback:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'DeprecationWarning'

Add glacier extensions to cloudy dict, so .freeze(key), .unfreeze(key) and .frozen(key) -> Boolean, and other functions work. Maybe if something is frozen then a get(key) request returns a NeedsUnFreeze error or something.

When running with debug turned on, django will by default remove any settings whose name suggests it might contain sensitive information.

CLOUDY_DICT_STORAGE_SERVER_OPTIONS, which is read by cloudy dict's django storage server, doesn't match one of these values. Lets fix this.
