Hi!

I've verified that the example examples/index.html works on a real iPhone 5s device and on a simulated iPhone 6 device. Scrolling up and down with the mouse should not trigger the resize event (as elements should only trigger the resize event if they have changed size [width and height]).

Try the example in examples/index.html on your device to see if it works. Otherwise, could you provide a basic code example? Which iOS version are you on and which version of element-resize-detector are you using?
