I would like to use your mod in my upcoming modpack, however, it seems to not integrate well with other mods due to an incompatibility. Would you be willing to add the new Inventory Capabilities system into CompactStorage to allow a much wider range of cross-mod integration?

I am looking to make a Custom Recipe for the Chest Builder using Craft tweaker but when I go to removed the Old Recipe for the Chest Builder it does not remove it and leaves the old one and new one

Tried putting in the required items, didn't work either.

Title says it all. I love your mod, specifically the aesthetics of how it looks. Unfortunately I am running into some problems implementing it into my pack with the set sizes of the barrel and drum. Is there any way you could include an option for us pack devs to change the capacity?

The logistic pipes from Mekanism v9 are not seeing the chest as such, normal wooden chest worked fine but I don't know why they arentt seeing your chest as actual chest

Love the new UI but it is missing the ability to make black colored chests and bags.

The items get pulled into the Hopper, and it doesn't crash if you open the hopper GUI. When you open the chest's GUI, it crashes.

...unless I open/close the chest again.

Upon opening a builder, or any chest/bag, the FPS goes from 130 into the 20's. There is also a distinct lag spike immediately when opening. I'm not sure what causes this, but I am having the issue on Agrarian Skies 2.

You can place signs on vanilla chests and Iron Chests but you cannot place a sign on any of the Compact Chests.

I was trying to make a storage system and when i went to make a compact chest in the chest builder it will not work it either spits my items back at me or they stay in it and when i click build nothing happens

Solutions:

1. Remove the trolley and replace it with Cargo Crates (reuested on PMC) that can be broken and hold their inventory
2. Attempt to fix the trolley and add the Cargo Crates that can be broken and hold their inventory
3. Fix the trolley and add Cargo Crates that don't hold their inventory when broken and require the trolley

You really should use ingotIron, ingotGold, stickWood, plankWood, etc. instead of hardcoded Vanilla blocks and items.

I don't know whether this is intentional, and I also don't know whether I'm using it the right way.

1. Rightclick on Crate Block with item you wanna dupe, which will turn the crate into the item version of the Crate
2. Rightclick with the Crate Item in hand.

When using "GUI Scale: auto" the GUI may be too big to fit the screen. Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/Ci0Je. I believe the GUI could be scaled down on this case.

Anything can be shiftclicked into the Chest Builder, and the items get inserted from left to right, instead of their specific slots.

I haven't looked at why it happens yet, I'll let you know if I do.

The refined Storage Mod has external storage readers that are unable to attach to the Compact Storage chests. They simply disappear when you try to attach them. This makes CS incompatible with any refined storage computer system...

They used to work in 1.10.2 so something changed with the new upgrade. I bet this is the same issue that affects signs not able to attach to them. Please fix ASAP.

This issue just now showing up on update 3.1 where all the compact chests is not accepting any inventory other than manually imputing and hoppers. Basically any item that auto extracts, for example Ender IO's Item Conduit or Mekanism's Logistical Transporter) from a chest won't connect to any compact chest. Thanks to VanillaFix for catching this crash. Had it not been caught by VanillaFix, he would have had to restart a Minecraft client with over 200 mods (takes around 30 minutes).

He tells me that pressing any key other than Shift (obvious) crashes the game. (Even Escape)

Name is bugged (not localized?), and there's a little white stuff at the bottom of the tab.

Description

I deleted the "FFFFFF" for the color text and left it blank for a second and when I tried typing into it, it threw a pretty bad exception. I think I typed a ) instead of 0. The text box doesn't have a robust way of handling invalid input.

There seems to be an issue with stacks in a chest right clicking to split the stacks end up deleting one of the stacks this would be on a server aswell vanilla chests are not effected by this

I can confirm the same issue that "Wakingone94" faced. I did not notice what caused the issue, as he did, however I have noticed that literally half my stuff is missing when I dealt with the backpacks. Please fix this as soon as you can. :(

This is caused by the GUI being opened client-side, which shouldn't be done. All calls to player.openGui should be wrapped in a !world.isRemote conditional.

Whenever I put an item in my Compact Chest, the item visually disappears until I leave the chest and reopen it. If I have multiple items in there and I pick up one of them, all the other items seem to disappear until I reopen the chest.

I say that because I don't know if it's Inventory Tweaks or Mouse Tweaks, but when trying to deposit a bunch of stuff in a CompactChest, typically I would use Ctrl+Shift+Left click to move all stacks of the particular type at once, which works in almost everything else, but only moves the one stack when the CS gui is open.

Few problems

BACKPACK:

1. The sound of the backpack sounds like a chest
2. When you open the backpack it says chest instead of backpack

CHEST:

1. When you color the chest, the color doesn't show in the inventory, it stays white but when placed it changes to the color it's supposed to be.
2. The hit box of the chest is a full block, unlike the regular minecraft chest.

I got a crash apparently caused by TileEntityChestBuilder. It happened shortly after I started feeding the Chest Builder with chests by a vanilla hopper. My guess is that it probably happened after 64 of them have been supplied.
I was trying to make a maximum sized chest.

When trying to reload the world, the same crash instantly happens again.

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Forge version: 14.23.5.2831
Mod version: 3.1
Modpack: Sky Factory 4, without any mod changes

The builder doesn't show HUE correctly. Insted of White shows HUE 0 and red color in the slider. Crafting with this option make a red chest with HUE 0.

Using CompactStorage 3.1. I think this happen after updating from 3.0.

With the newest update it seems the storage builder block has lost it's compatibility with the Soartex Fanver texture pack.

Not sure what you can do but thought I'd mention it. Is there something I can do on my end?

This isn't a huge issue or a bug. When using sky factory and shift+clicking something from the chest, the items move to your storage instead of your hotbar. I was wondering if there is any way to change this in the files so items move to your hotbar instead. Thanks!

the chest are not movable with the Jabba dolly so if you need to move them its break them and move the items uber fast or risk losing stuff to random visitors to your base
