The bot was designed for Aether, and I have no idea if the fête schedules are the same on other datacentres.

In the best case, the schedules are identical, nothing need changing, and I can just certify this bot as being compatible with any DC.

Otherwise, this would probably require launching one tracker and notifier scheduler for each datacentre, and having each one only operate on channels/users within that DC.

Bot will silently fail if you !fetebot enable in a channel it can't write to. (Actually, I'm not sure what it does; it might enable anyway but then just not be able to send the schedule until it's able to.)

Either way, it should detect this condition, not enable, and message the sender to tell them what's up.

Currently the bot only allows server owners to enable or disable it. This should be expanded to anyone with the appropriate permission.
