Log errors

I've been experiencing a large amount of errors generating in the game log whilst using this mod, alongside JEI and JER.

Any idea why is this happening?

Add advancement triggers to books

This could be a simple field in the book nbt, triggering a named advancement when the player opens the specific book for the first time. It would be even better to have a way to create the advancement in-game. Another feature could be a new book advancement type that can be integrated with CraftTweaker and it passed the ItemStack e.g. to fill/replace dynamic fields in the book's content.

Formatting errors

First reported over xJon/Hexxit-II#48:

There is a text error in one of the books. I got this from a battle tower, and the text has some code parsed incorrectly. The book is called "Bad Jokes Compilation."

Crash

I cant seem to open any books and when I open a book and quill, the game crashes. This might be because my PC is bad, but do you have any fixes?
