能否将我加到 packagist 的维护者中
我开发了一款纯PHP的协程框架，想使用 wind 这个名字作为框架名字和包名发布，但发现 wind 的 vendor 名称在 packagist 上你已经注册了，packagist 上提示将我加到对应的维护者列表中，我就也可以使用此名称发布包。
所以冒昧的问一下，能否将我加到到 maintainer 列表中，让我也能用此包名发布我的 PHP 框架？
