create a function to allow the loading of a jar to the server for scanning.

process would include;

• upload of jar
• unpackaged
• decompile
• scan for refs/links to other packages
• scan for jee configuration files

create a derivative which will take an s3 bucket location as a source for the code

convert to a package web service that can do the following;

• host as own tomcat on the local machine
• present a simple dashboard for scan configuration
• have a database/persistent store connection for reports
