[Suggestion] Buttons should only show for the GM

As the title says. That removes some clutter from player messages, as they are not allowed to apply that damage anyways.

No buttons work

The buttons in chat do nothing and the double damage button is ENORMOUS. Foundry 9.0. All other modules deactivated when testing

Chat Card Damage Application Not Working

Tested with only Tidy UI and Target-Lock active. The chat card still appears with the target listed and the damage buttons, but all buttons are inoperable, and will not apply any damage.

Double Damage and Healing Issue

I noticed that when applying double damage and when applying healing, it applies to both the currently selected token and the target.

Shift-Click on Targeted Damage fails to apply damage

If you use the damage buttons for Targets, the Shift-click functionality that allows you to adjust the damage causes the damage application to fail; No damage (or healing) is applied at all once you type in the adjustment and click Ok.
