I was chrome user, often time I do copy a lots of image from the web, but its not possible to just paste the image to the shelf, with the case image are non-dragable, or a result of screenshot. I want to organize the image later so it will be helpful if I just able to paste the image directly to the floating shelf

Hello, my request is a seemingly inconsequential one but I would really love it if images with transparency in them kept it when inside of a shelf. If this was added I will 100% pay for Dropshelf Pro! Particularly for PNGs but other filetypes like GIFs would be welcome as well, especially if they animate.

When "Copy items to destination" option is enabled in Dropshelf settings, dragging shelf contents to other app will keep the shelf open, requiring to close it manually. Would be great to see option for closing shelf automatically, as if user performed the "Move" action while holding the Shift key.

When "Shelf placement" option is set to either "Bottom left corner" or "Bottom right corner", shelf position is not consistent with system taskbar flyouts on Windows 11:

Would be great if the position could be configurable, either by "Custom position" option, or some sort of "Padding" option when corner position is selected.

When I try to copy image from note-taking app such as Notion, it cant directly copy-pasted into the shelf, as a turn around I try to save first the image into desktop, but thats not efficient. So hopefuly you can add that, the flow is simply copy image and pasted as file into shelf, thankyou *ps: maybe can be possible for another non-text format too :D

If you are in a full-screen application e.g. a video game and you do the mouse click and wiggle it will exit from the application and open a shelf even if no files were selected.

Currently Dropshelf can be triggered when I'm just pressing down LMB and moving my mouse, without actually dragging any item. It would be nice to only trigger when I'm actually dragging something
