Hello thank u for the update, i noticed in the new version we can only change the filetype theme and not the icons+toolbar anymore
is this intended ?

Would it be possible to add an option to change 7-Zip's default context menu icon or to add a higher resolution of the original icon?

I'm using a 4K monitor at 200% scaling and the context menu icon does not scale properly:

It would be nice if you could add this toolbar theme to the preinstalled themes.

I have tried it with 7-Zip and NanaZip and I have problems with NanaZip although according to the log everything is correct. I may be doing something wrong, I'm not an expert, but I wanted to record what's happening to me. I am using Windows 10 and have restarted the PC after each installation to make sure everything was fine.

When using it with Nanazip I have tried two methods.
The first one, I assign it the windowsapps path and it doesn't let me choose icons for the File Types, it only lets me change the Icons and the icons of the Toolbar, and when the installation is finished it makes the program not work and gives me a unknown error message when trying to open it.
With the second method I put the Nanazip installer to 7ztc. In this way, it does let me choose the icons of the File Types, but as with the other method, when the installation is finished, the program does not work and gives me an unknown error message when trying to open it.

With 7-Zip it works well for me, although to put a hitch it doesn't change the icon of the contextual menu.

Hi can u add support for cmd? with or without 7zip installing support is fine. we can install 7zip silently anyway

I have downloaded this tool and read the configuration file for NanaZip related icons, I see the author and the license information are unknown.

So, I think I should open an issue to talk something.

According to https://github.com/M2Team/NanaZip/blob/main/License.md, the icon assets (executable icons and file association icons) in NanaZip is distributed under the CC BY-ND 4.0 License.

According to https://github.com/M2Team/NanaZip/blob/main/Documents/People.md#logo-designers, you will know the author list of these icons.

7zip.dll is patched but not 7zFM.exe

will only install icons and some times doesn't install at all because it says theres 2 of the same programs open, both happens on win 10&11

If you want to add any theme to current program, for first please check if it it won't added before.

If it don't exist in current themes, please share public link to download it (I don't have the accounts everywhere). So, if I will not be able to download it - the request will be ignored.

Anyway, you can add or remove any theme for/from your copy of this program - the list of themes is loaded dynamically (it depends of existing themes).

I was able to correctly apply a toolbar theme, however when changing the filetype icons, some of them will not be applied. Specifically, the 7z, CAB, ISO, TAR, and ZIP icons. I've tried multiple different themes, including the default, but they all fail to change these filetype icons.

Here is the log file, I've also attached a screenshot showing the problem.

As this screenshot tells, the program doesn't detect the latest version of 7-Zip (24.05) properly. Windows XP might be at fault here, but I'm not sure.

I just found the updated fork of this program, and I think it's really neat! One small issue I noticed, though, is that the Colorix 4K icons get really compressed when the folder view is set to small on my 1080p display. This is viewable even in:
[Install Directory]\FileType\Colorix 4K.

I very much like these icons, and the 4K version happens to have almost all icons, whereas the base version was missing a few, so I'm really quite sad. Is there a way for the original Colorix theme to get these missing icons, seeing as the 4K version has more? Again, I absolutely love the FileType theme and would love to have all icons present in the original resolution version!
