List of all standard emoji including it's name/details, emoticon, shortcode, unicode, decimal and hexadecimal values.

Cause I was searching for all of these data at one place and couldn't find any good source. And thus I am gathering them all in a place by myself.

1. Fork this repository.

2. Make necessary changes (add new or update emoji) in index.md and emoji.txt.
   NOTE: Do not add the emoji with skin tone. Only the standard emoji will be added. Also Emoji need to be added to the list in alphabetical order by name, so please make sure that the emoji is in the correct place within the list, or your PR will be rejected.

3. Open a pull request.
