Error 500: Cannot add property accept-encoding, object is not extensible

Hi, when I use your module and start my project I get a error 500, Cannot add property accept-encoding, object is not extensible.

plugin.mjs is not wrapped in defineNuxtPlugin

Hi, when I use your module and run my project I get this warning:
WARN [warn] [nuxt] Plugin //node_modules/@whoj/nuxt3-axios/dist/runtime/plugin.mjs is not wrapped in defineNuxtPlugin. It is advised to wrap your plugins as in the future this may enable enhancements.
