Editor buttons are gone

Buttons are gone
As shown on the picture, the edition buttons are gone. maybe this is on purpose, but it would be great to at least have an option to bring them back ♥

Wrong base in template.info.txt

The wrong base in template.info.txt causes this template to be installed in the "starter" directory (if installed via extension manager) and would overwrite the existing starter template if there already is one. (And it would gain popularity points for the wrong template as well.)
The base should be changed to "breeze".
