For increased device compatibility and portability, all the projects should be converted to .NET Standard

Add support for reading Transport and Serializer configurations from appsettings.json (as well as other configs available like usersettings.json or environment variables).

Investigate possibilities of implementing async/await for all levels of functionality.

Microsoft has deprecated several packages: .NET Package Deprecation effort.
Upgrade these packages and adjust code accordingly.

Add usage of Microsoft.Extensions.Logging to log from Cambion.
Should probably be done after #6 so that Ilogger can be retrieved from the service collection and put into Cambion.

Add support for .netcore hosts (if possible from .netstandard) so that Cambion can be added to a ServiceCollection.

Example of usage: services.AddCambion(opt => opt.SetVariousOptions)

Create new way of configuring transports and serializers (for better readability).

Impact

This will mean big changes to Cambion, so the release that contains this issue will be will be breaking compared to previous versions.
