As in the readme stated, at this time it's only for Sublime Text 2 since we have problems with the package we can't fix right now. We try to enhance support as soon as Sublime Text 3 is out of beta.

This works for me for Sublimetext3 on linux just fine. Put this package in ~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/Compass

@kdar Thanks for your feedback. I will give it another try on OSX and Windows and if it works I will add it back to the Sublime Text 3 package manager.
