At the moment we keep two strings around, one for expanded tabs and the other for the file representation.
When a tab is not in the string they are the same, so have a Cow instead.

Refactor opening file and such out from Editor into another module.
Currently Editor has too many responsibilities

Make the cursor aware of the width of unicode characters.

Currently most logic is in the Editor struct, move input out from that struct and perhaps create an 'input' module.

We can use some sort of event system to pass what events are happening. For starters we could use std::mscp module for this. Main probably should handle the quit and editor the rest.
