Running on test server and I am getting the following output on the submit. I think it is either because I am not adding a photo or maybe iOS < 6 throws an error on the filesystem?

Has anyone tried doing it non browser on the phone?

I wonder if we can set the 404 as an automatic catch to send a page that people can press the "back" button on or put a message to tell people to quite and reload the web app instead of a stack trace for the production app.

If we added an optional email field, we could have a copy of the email sent to the user and Stanford. Right now, there is no way for Stanford to contact the person to follow up.

Adding Time Stamps and email formatting to the emails sent.

Should we add a confirmation if we don't have a picture uploaded?

Also, what if we did a pop up to say that it had been submitted instead of going to another page?

I think the top right submit button needs to be swapped out so that the form button takes its place.
