After I include the signer using require 'signer'
I get the error "WePay is not a module".
My guess is this is due to conflict of definition of 'WePay'. It is defined as a class in our API SDK
and as a module in our signer SDK. Using any other module name works fine in my own signer repository.

The API doc mentions that in order to use the SDK the use needs to do
require 'wepay-signer'
But that fails with the error "cannot load such file -- wepay-signer"
Since the name of the signer file is signer.rb, do we need to do
require 'signer' instead?

According to signing algorithm, we are converting parameters into lowercase and then doing some processing. Since client_id is integer, the SDK fails to convert it into lowercase and fails with an error.
We need to cast input parameters as string if they are not passed as string by the user
