What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an ad, setting various parameters such as sizes, site, zone, etc.
2. Use setCustomParameters()
3. Resultant URL will not contain any of the custom parameters. However, 
getCustomParameters() returns the previously said HashTable with the correct 
values.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any custom parameters should appear in the URL request to the ads server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mOcean Android SDK 2.7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Instantiate an AdServerView
2. set an AdServerViewCore.OnAdClickListener with a Log statement, or 
breakpoint in the click method
3. Run the app, and click on the ad

What is the expected output?

The console shows what you logged, or program execution halts if you're 
debugging

What do you see instead?

neither one of those things
