Where do I put the js script?

I want to know where do I have to enter this script. Do I need shopify plus? And can I customize the front end of the custom checkout?

Shopify Cart not getting clean after order

Hello

You have done a brilliant job developing this code. Almost everything is working fine. I am facing a minor issue, do you have any solution for the same?

After clicking checkout, the customer redirects to the laravel server.
Customer fills in all the details and clicks on submit button.
Customer redirects to the success page, where there is a link to redirect back to the Shopify website.
After the customer redirects to the Shopify website, all the cart items are still available in Shopify. They are supported to get flushed but this is not happening. Do you have any solution for the same?
