I've already started throwing together some types for Beaker Browser's custom apis, but I'm not currently using them anywhere. Include them by default in app-scripts and then publish them as a separate module later.

It looks like webpack-dev-server exports a (somewhat hidden?) node API. Right now, there's so much functionality missing when you're just using the middleware by itself that you practically have reimplement half the server. If we could manage to use the full dev-server with all it's extra features directly as a library, I could avoid a lot of extra work.

I started using scss modules in Logger when I initially started working with it. These days I think I like styled-components or emotion more. So with that in mind I have two choices: migrate Logger to styled-components or add scss module support to app-scripts.

Right now I'm leaning towards migrating Logger to styled components, but I'm leaving this here to remind me to decide.

Research possible frontend testing frameworks and add test support. Some possible frameworks that come to mind:

• Mocha
• Ava
• Jest

I'm not sure how tests will work with the "single development mode" aspect of app-scripts.

Research what it would take to convert this into an electron specific build system and decide if I either need to split out a new module or can tack that on as an extra feature to this module. I think ideally this would work with a simple app-scripts build --electron arg.

This is heavily out of date and currently unused. Update this to match what I've done with webdesserts.com and update webdesserts.com & logger to use these scripts.

Time to start treating these repositories like their public 🤷🏻‍♂️
