Create "add" button

• show "add tech", "tech list" buttons on hover

On click, show "Add Log" modal

• include message field, tech selector and "needs attention" check

Set up JSON server to serve as a prototype db.

Crate and prep react app.

Set up JSON server for dummy data.

Bring in Materialize.

Add search bar to main app page.

Create logs component with header "System Logs"

List each log with the title in blue for "ok" or red for "needs attention"

Display each log's id, who last updated it and when.

Display loading bar when loading.

Add two new modals, one to add a new tech with "fist name" and "last name" fields (to be hooked up to Redux later) and the other to simply display the names of all techs.

each should be connected to its corresponding button.

Create ability to search through logs via searchbox in searchbar.

Create ability to edit a log

Create Log reducer, actions and types

Connect add, edit and delete to redux and db
