When deploying to live site no css rules are applied

change the video section title to "תמונות מהאירועים הקודמים" and remove the video.

Need to delete the two dots that were added in the time line.
Eventually there should be 5 dots like it was at first.

We need to give the client the ability to add images on this section:

when adding an image, it replaces an existing one.
Overall there should be six images in that section.

Client has added new logo under article category "השותפים".

When adding a new article to a 'Programs' group, the article goes over the existing ones.

Popup needs to be improved. As it is right now it has fixed static height. Since it will always scroll height can be defined dynamically tied to the window. Also there's no dialog title, styling is broken and dialog is too wide.

List of things to fix:

• Dialog width;
• Dialog height;
• Dialog title;
• Dialog padding and styles.

On the mobile version, at the "הדוברות" part, when clicking - "למידע נוסף" nothing happen.

As can be seen on this screen shot function names in Dialog have been changed while this site is calling old ones. To avoid site breaking in the future this needs to be updated.
