HI @wathornt , I've tried npm i in client-app and dotnet run at /web but getting the following proxy issues:

An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request.
SocketException: Connection refused
System.Net.Sockets.Socket+AwaitableSocketAsyncEventArgs.ThrowException(SocketError error, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

HttpRequestException: Connection refused (localhost:3000)
System.Net.Http.ConnectHelper.ConnectAsync(Func<SocketsHttpConnectionContext, CancellationToken, ValueTask> callback, DnsEndPoint endPoint, HttpRequestMessage requestMessage, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

HttpRequestException: Failed to proxy the request to http://localhost:3000/, because the request to the proxy target failed. Check that the proxy target server is running and accepting requests to http://localhost:3000/.

The underlying exception message was 'Connection refused (localhost:3000)'.Check the InnerException for more details.

Not quite sure how to allow this connection. I've simply tried following your tut: https://medium.com/@wade.thornt/how-to-use-nextjs-in-dotnet-core-project-8fdcb0167c51 so any suggestions would be appreciated
