Group shortcuts in browse by hostname

It's hard to see all the shortcuts that exist for a given site, as the URL is not visible and the shortcuts are not grouped, so if two people want to create a shortcut, and one makes dev-ops and another ops-dev, they won't notice that a similar shortcut already exists.

Grouping by hostname would also ease finding and understanding query terms, for instance directory might take you to a list of people, but who/{QUERY} would let you query that directory directly. Hard to spot both features if they're at opposite ends of the list.

Prevent duplicate shortcuts from being created

It's possible to create both duplicate shortcuts and shortcuts to duplicate URLs, both should be prevented. Aliases might be a nice feature if a multiple names make sense for the same URL, but duplicate records are confusing.

Avoid linking directly to query shortcuts

The browse list links to the referenced page, which is convenient except for query ({NUM}, {QUERY}) URLs. Most services won't behave correctly with URLs with these values dropped directly in, so constructing these links isn't helpful. Providing the URL pattern as a mouseover or dropdown might be nice, but an actual link is confusing.

Create a notion of shortcut "groups"

This goes somewhat contrary to the other suggestion of ordering the browse page by hostname, but it would also be useful to optionally specify a group of logically connected shortcuts, perhaps by defining a standard prefix, e.g. group_shortcut, where anything before the first underscore is used to visually group similar links, regardless of their hostname.
