Some good practices for shared access to accounts here https://sansorg.egnyte.com/dl/Z9CrmU0DiO
However one way to manage this might be to alias an email to a closed group, e.g. google groups, then have administrators and trustees be members of the group, and have incoming moderation for emails.

I've reached out to @swardley, got the list of domains available and we've discussed with the group. We'll focus on wardleymap.org for now, and alias other domains. we may switch in the future.

@adrianco: this is what we'll get for free with the DNS provider:

TLDR; it's basic. We could start with a shared account we log into, or set up the account to forward to a list, and scale from there. I've used Google Apps / Workspace for years, and can recommend it for groups, there is a free non-profit tier we can investigate:

We'll need to setup the charity as a legal entity before applying as it's a pre-requisite, so let's split that into a future task.

We now have a working email account: [email protected]. It is not a list, it's an individual account that will need monitoring by a dedicated group of people. If you'd like access, please let me know.
