A student-project C-based program of a TicTacToe, but with a special case,
where the player can relocate their respective marks after placing their third mark.
#THE RULES
- This game is played on a grid of 3x3 squares.
- Player 1 is X and Player 2 is O.
- Each player is given a maximum of 3 moves to mark 3 squares in a row.
##THE TWIST
- When the players consumed their 3 moves, they will be given a chance to change the position of one of their past moves and move it to a free space.
- To win the game, a player must mark 3 squares in a row in a specific place, not just anywhere.
- With these, this Tic Tac Toe game will never end in a tie.
