研发流程中，很痛苦的事情就是不同角色需要在不同的平台处理事情，而这些平台中的数据又没能统一进行度量。导致项目的进展和复盘效果都达不到理想的效果。

athena研测系统就是打造一站式解决全流程的方案。采用scrum模型，按产品的维度进行切入，对应用进行迭代，打通需求，研发，测试，发布，反馈的闭环。

sprint迭代流程模型设计

sprint生命周期需要处理的事情：

1. 新建sprint

  • 针对一个应用创建sprint,开发分支.
  • 针对一个产品创建sprint,包含多个应用.

2. 确定sprint issue list

  • 2.1.需求池，每个产品都会有对应的需求池
  • 2.2.勾选待开发的issue

3. 开发阶段

  • 3.1.开发过程数据收集分析。
  • 3.2.commit <-> issue

4. 集成阶段

  • 4.1.测试过程数据收集分析。
  • 4.2.commit <-> bug

5. 发布阶段

  • 5.1.sprint的整体输出报告。

6. 复盘发布质量

  • 6.1 sprint质量数据统计(多维度)
