Availability

  • The new allocations for the stem cell data are available in the hyperLOPIT2015 data from the pRolocdata package (version 1.19.1).

  • The software is available in the pRoloc package (version >= 1.21.1).

  • The results of our analysis are all available in the data directory. See the README.md files therein for details.
