Addresses max length of setting (2048 bytes per MS doc) plus useful in export/import of settings if we get there.

I've changed the CSS file to make things readable, but the size of the gadget doesn't increase so it just scrolls things off the gadgets' screen edge. Is there a way to make the gadget itself support a higher/bigger/longer format? I know this is probably more of a limitation with sidebar gadgets themselves... but thought I'd ask. I love this little gadget and have been running it for over a decade now I think...

Settings (like the server list!) are lost when you close the gadget.
This is a core .gadget thing, as MS kills its store of the gadget's settings when you close the gadget. We'd need some sort of export/import to support cross-load settings.
And at that point we may want a password in settings vs. using the machine name to encrypt the server list.

Especially when there are more VMs than fit in initial window sorting stopped ones to the bottom could be very useful.
