Improvements for bot
[X] Wolf kill as an in-sub action instead of a night action. Also removes the need for Killer Wolf role inheritance
[X] Ability to summon the bot for a vote table
[ ] Ability to opt out of tags from the bot
[ ] Update phase posts to use current Reddit account for the action PM link
[X] Include countdown timer in P1 post
[X] Clarify wincons in signup post and maybe again in P1
