For some links in the "Design & Develop Overview" page, (en anglais) is not added to the link text. See : https://www.w3.org/WAI/design-develop/fr

During a review for another page, we were also wondering why (en anglais) was not generated by the scripts for some URLs : see w3c/wai-teach-advocate-overview#8 (comment)

I have noticed it happens when some links to pages on the WAI website are written with absolute URLs (https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/menus/) instead of relative URLs (/tutorials/menus/). After changing URLs from absolute to relative, it works !

I tested the fix in draft PR #13 and you can see the result here : https://deploy-preview-13--wai-design-develop-overview.netlify.app/design-develop/fr The only link without (en anglais) is "Pratiques de création de WAI-ARIA" because the page is not on the WAI website.

And I guess, considering the documentation, that we have to use relative URLs anyway when linking to pages on the WAI website ? https://github.com/w3c/wai-resource-template/blob/master/content/index.md#heading-level-2

@shawna-slh @SteveALee If you concur, I will activate PR #13 and begin fixing other pages I have translated.
