sometimes we just wanna use request.get({url: '/'}).then(({value}) => value) but the response never will be converted for default format of you api.
So... we could use a transformResponse in Request function like this code below:

const transformResponse = () => {}
const req = Request('/', { transformResponse })

transformResponse should be a function

only put and patch must have a body fulfilled

in apps headers should be passed by whose wants to use.
so we need to pass like an option.

Request({ url: 'base_url', headers })

headers should be a function or object but it must be/return Headers

Insert pre-push. with Lint and test

config should be added on readme
remove getHeaders
