The site can't detect testnet on Marina, unless we reload the site after connecting.

Flow

1. Connect with Marina (ie. window.marina.enable) or via svelte-marina-button
2. Pre-fill an address via window.marina.getNextAddress
3. Allow user to select from a list of supported assets (L-BTC, USDT, LCAD)
4. Submit the request to the Faucet endpoint with the to and asset selected

We can do one of or a combination of

• based on signed message
• based on IP Address
• "social" login ie. write a tweet with a challenge/message

To game the system the user must then change mnemonic every time, change IP and create a new twitter account
