Currently users have to find a manual method to update the CIA Title Banner/Logo. This process should be easier to automate.

• Add update command that will essentially run something like make gold_vc silver_vc in the pret repo and then build a .cia file.
• Add pretclean command that will essentially run make clean in the pret repo and then build a .cia file.

The names of the command names are not final; open to suggestions. Also open to suggestion of additional commands or functionality.

Ideally the user should be able to modify the .rsf files to meet their custom rom-hack needs. The files should be extrapolated to make it easier for the user to know what they need to modify.

Per a suggestion from Rangi, adding rom_targets to the config file would allow a greater control over how the repo builds the rom/patch files. This is particularly useful in Rom Hacks such as Polished Crystal.
