If an ebuild is maintained here - could use dependabot or something like that to create issues for new releases

The ebuild for x11-libs/libXft-bgra-patch requires "=x11-libs/libXft-2.3.3-r0".
However, x11-libs/libXft-2.3.4 is now stable (as of writing this) on amd64 in the Gentoo repos.

From my poking around in the libXft-2.3.4 commit, it seems that it is a minor patch update, so bumping up the ebuild requirement shouldn't be an issue.

www-apps/hugo is consistently more up to date in the main repo. No point keeping it here.

python3.10 has became the lowest possible python interpreter for PYTHON_COMPAT.
This is resulting in the following errors.

The net-analyzer/zabbix may probably be dropped from this repo, it was an experiment for agent2 useflag now merged into main tree.

Probably need to do a news item first as an alert

Current version of dmenu2 was last updated in 2013. Should move to proper source with a patch set

As of 8ae5d475ef92ff484629c5393623f655452ff411 commit of Gentoo repo, 'unicode' useflag has been removed from ncurses. Need to change newsboat ebuilds to reflect that.

Hey, I installed your overlay from eselect repository but on using portage, every time I am getting a (hopefully harmless) message saying
Unavailable repository 'nest' referenced by masters entry in '/var/db/repos/nitratesky/metadata/layout.conf'

My question is -
Can I remove the repo name nest from the layout.conf file without causing any repercussions?

Or is it a problem on my side and the repo nest actually exists?

What can I do to solve this?

Actually it can't find quazip. The error is

Currently on my system, net-analyzer/rabbix is not installed.
However, every time any emerge (or emerge-adjacent) command is run, the following error is echoed:
