Latest version of webpack (currently v5.1.3) update needed.

It will require potential update of webpack-cli, webpack-dev-server, webpackbar, webpack-bundle-analyzer, copy-webpack-plugin, clean-webpack-plugin.
Most likely requires update of: html-webpack-plugin, html-webpack-template.

Might also require updates of: file-loader, html-loader, css-loader, babel-loader, sass-loader and mini-css-extract-plugin.

webpack.dev.js and webpack.prod.js might need rewriting for new webpack.

• replace react-particles-js and tsparticles with > tsparticles
• fix component where particles is used
• compare benefits (size)
