Added live preview and scale from spline point.

I plan to add VoxelModifiers : actors that can be placed in the scene to modify the terrain. I was mainly thinking to static mesh import, but splines are a good idea.

On the implementation side, I would go with B-Splines like here.

That sounds great! Oh, now I see that B-Splines are definitely the best way to do that, I didn't know about it. I just hope that the implementation isn't too difficult... Maybe we could ask nu___hash for some hints.
